If you think you'd like to work together, this is where to start. This 60-minute session can be completed online or in-person in Williamsburg, Brooklyn. This is where we get to know one another, assess where you are, where you want to go, and start creating a plan for your fitness goals.
By the end of this meeting you'll have all your questions answered and a clear plan to achieve your goals.

When you sign up for fitness programming, you'll know exactly how to train and eat on any given day with access to your own fitness app including goals, instructional videos, and accountability. Your custom training program will take into consideration your unique lifestyle, preferences, and goals. We will adjust your training an nutrition plan to customize it for your unique needs and lifestyle.





Fitness Coaching
When you hire me as your fitness coach, you're hiring a teammate who is fully committed to helping you achieve your goals. You'll have clear fitness goals, a customized training program, a nutrition plan, and regular check-ins and unlimited messages to hold you accountable.
I'm going to make nutrition and training super simple for you, and we're going to work together to customize a plan that achieves your fitness goals while meeting you where you're at and making adjustments based on your lifestyle requirements.
After 3 months of working together you'll know what you need to do to continue getting fitness results for the rest of your life!


In-Person Training
Your training is only as good as your execution. If you have a great training program but your technique is off, you can waste years without making significant progress. Training in-person is a premium service that allows you to learn perfect exercise technique with immediate feedback so you're able to see tremendous progress in a very short time.
I offer in-person training 1,2, and 3 times per week in Williamsburg, Brooklyn. We could train at your apartment gym, at Chalk Gyms, or at McCarren park. This premium service guarantees effective training and accountability.
Pain to Power Online Course
The Pain to Power Online Course is designed to give you all the information and guidance you need to get phenomenal fitness results while addressing your chronic back, shoulder, knee, and foot/ankle pain. There are 7 modules where you'll learn about overcoming chronic pain, nutrition, posture, mobility, training, and staying consistent. The purchase of any fitness coaching package gives you free access to the course.

About Tom Pfeiffer
I have a long history of back pain, but I've also dealt with chronic pain in my knees, ankles, and shoulders. My passion for helping others comes from my experience of being in pain, visiting doctors, and being unable to find a functional solution.
It has taken years of study, practice, and repeated failure to get myself out of pain, and I'm now completely pain-free and every year I get stronger.
Now after helping hundreds of clients, I have developed a system to identify "weak links" and habits causing microtrauma. This system is what I teach my clients.
I love what I do and I'm obsessed with it. Most people watch sports or tv to relax, while I read anatomy books for fun!
I also enjoy practicing Muay Thai and I'm a voracious reader of self-help, finance, and history. I'm grateful for every opportunity I have to help others. Thank you for visiting my website, I look forward to connecting with you!
