Fitness Programming
Your custom training program will take into consideration your unique lifestyle, preferences, and goals.
You'll know exactly what to do on any given day with access to your own fitness app including goals, instructional videos, and accountability.
Nutrition Coaching
I'm going to make nutrition super simple for you, and we're going to work together to customize a plan that satisfies your body's nutritional needs and lifestyle requirements.
It will be simple, but not easy. This is where nutrition coaching comes in.
Nutrition coaching is getting you to do the things you want to do and holding you accountable to yourself.
In-Person Training
Your training is only as good as your execution. If you have a great training program but your technique is off, you can waste years without making significant progress. Training in-person is a premium service that allows you to learn perfect exercise technique with immediate feedback so you're able to see tremendous progress in a very short time.

About Tom Pfeiffer
I have a long history of back pain, but I've also dealt with chronic pain in my knees, ankles, and shoulders. My passion for helping others comes from my experience of being in pain, visiting doctors, and being unable to find a functional solution.
It has taken years of study, practice, and repeated failure to get myself out of pain, and I'm now completely pain-free and every year I get stronger.
Now after helping hundreds of clients, I have developed a system to identify "weak links" and habits causing microtrauma. This system is what I teach my clients.
I love what I do and I'm obsessed with it. Most people watch sports or tv to relax, while I read anatomy books for fun!
I also enjoy practicing Muay Thai and I'm a voracious reader of self-help, finance, and history. I'm grateful for every opportunity I have to help others. Thank you for visiting my website, I look forward to connecting with you!
